Our experience with Proctor’s was amazing from beginning to end. You all guided us through the long process, keeping us constantly informed. Emma and the rest of the team were very helpful and kept us calm, even when things weren’t going to plan. All of our questions were answered clearly so we understood how the process was progressing and what would happen next. We couldn’t have asked for more. I apologise that this has taken so long to write and glad you are more efficient than I am! I just wanted to personally thank Ian and his team at Beckenham for selling our inherited family home for us at the end of last year, it was handled with great care and sensitivity at what was already a tough time for the family. I take my hat off to him, as when we were scratching our heads wondering where a buyer was coming from, in a difficult market, he was adamant that at some stage the right person would walk through the door and would want to buy it for the right money and he wasn't wrong !! He was always very calm and very balanced, offered great advise using his vast experience in the local market and was 100% spot on with how things would pan out. Selling my flat after 10 years of renting it out, I decided to use Proctors as they seem to have many “sold” signs in the surrounding streets-so obviously successful. Carl was appointed to me and from day one his explanations and communication on the process, plan of action and, was faultless . Every message I left was returned promptly and I reckon that we communicated at least every other day. No waffle, no nonsense, just honest feedback and great suggestions on the selling process. We were extremely happy with the service we received from Proctors West Wickham. The whole team were friendly, caring and professional at all times. We were selling two flats and purchasing one property so the chain was particularly complicated but Emma went above and beyond to get us across the line and kept us constantly updated with clear communication. We recently asked Proctors West Wickham to help with the sale of my mother-in-laws home which she had lived in for over 50 years. As a family, we have used Proctors for many years and felt in very good hands once Charles had given an initial valuation and we agreed to proceed with the sale. Despite a number of difficult family circumstances and challenges, Charles initially and more latterly Emma dealt with everything with absolute professionalism, sensitivity, patience, discretion and empathy, particularly Emma going over an above to ensure my mother-in-law was kept regularly updated with face to face meetings in her care home. A probate sale of a family home for many years, so not without some stresses, but the team communicated really well throughout and made the whole process as simple as it could be. Recommended.

We first asked Proctors to act as agents for both a sale and a purchase over 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the chain broke at the 11th hour, after many months of negotiation. Despite all the hard work Richard had put in, he was extremely gracious (which not all agents are in my experience). So much so, that when we decided to have another go with different properties, Proctors were an automatic choice. This time we were more successful and , again with Richard's courteous and professional help, successfully exchanged today. Can't recommend Richard and his lovely back up team enough. Buying and selling property is one of life's more stressful experiences, which is why it's important to have great people, like those at Proctors, supporting you.

What a fantastic service I received from Emma, Charles and all the team at Proctors! From the very beginning Emma has been outstanding. Professional , knowledgable, trustworthy but more importantly a genuinely kind and caring person who has gone above and beyond in supporting me to successfully sell my home.
