Was dealing with Emma & Jon throughout the process. Communication was nothing short of 5 star. Sometimes easy to get a bit lost in the transaction but they kept me updated on everything they heard there end and kept on top of our vendors solicitors which was key to getting the sale completed sooner rather than later.

Nick has worked tirelessly to ensure our flat sale / purchase of our next property have both been completed ahead of us expecting our first child. That kind of deadline always puts a bit of pressure on the overall situation but Nick has been outstanding with his client servicing, liaising with solicitors on both sides, as well as the sellers estate agent. We have used Proctors for two purchases and two sales and have received amazing service throughout. All of the team have been fantastic but we have to give a special shout out to Emma who has supported us through every transaction. In particular, she helped to get our sale back on track after it fell through just before exchange, despite doing everything possible to keep the chain together. They keep on top of everything, doing everything they can to move things along as quickly as possible and keep you updated at every step of the way. Overall, we've had a fantastic experience with Proctors and they'll always be our first thought if we ever decide to move again.

Trevor and Carl were great in getting our sale through, which at times was very stressful but their calm and understanding helped hugely. I apologise that this has taken so long to write and glad you are more efficient than I am! I just wanted to personally thank Ian and his team at Beckenham for selling our inherited family home for us at the end of last year, it was handled with great care and sensitivity at what was already a tough time for the family. I take my hat off to him, as when we were scratching our heads wondering where a buyer was coming from, in a difficult market, he was adamant that at some stage the right person would walk through the door and would want to buy it for the right money and he wasn't wrong !! He was always very calm and very balanced, offered great advise using his vast experience in the local market and was 100% spot on with how things would pan out. Selling my flat after 10 years of renting it out, I decided to use Proctors as they seem to have many “sold” signs in the surrounding streets-so obviously successful. Carl was appointed to me and from day one his explanations and communication on the process, plan of action and, was faultless .
