We recommend L&C for fee free mortgage advice and it is your decision whether you choose to deal with them. In making that decision, you should know that we receive 25% of any payment L&C receive from lenders and insurers, for the services they provide you.
Surveys – all offices
We recommend MAP Limited Chartered Surveyors who are RICS regulated. We refer both vendors and purchasers to MAP and it is your decision whether you choose to deal with them. In making that decision, you should know that we receive the following referral fees:
- RICS Home Survey Standard (Level 1) - £50
- RICS Home Survey Standard (Level 2) - £50 (Homebuyers Report)
- RICS Home Survey Standard (Level 3) - £75 (Building Survey)
- Lease Valuation - £50
- Valuation Letter - £10
Conveyancing – Beckenham, Bromley, Shirley, Park Langley & West Wickham
These branches recommend local solicitors to assist you with conveyancing for your sale or purchase and do not receive a referral fee.
Petts Wood recommends The Partnership Ltd and Taylor Rose MW Solicitors Ltd. It is your decision whether you choose to deal with either of these firms. In making that decision, you should know that the relevant office receives a referral fee of £120.00 or £150.00 respectively, per completed transaction, from a direct recommendation.
Lettings – Bromley, Shirley & Petts Wood
These businesses administer Lettings and will refer you to Alan Boswell Group for rent guarantee protection, legal insurance and other products. It is your decision if you wish to deal with Alan Boswell Group but if you choose to purchase their products you should be aware we will receive a £10.00 introductory fee for each product purchased.
