Jason supported me with the sale of my flat. I don’t know if I would have got through it without him. From the very beggining I found proctors to be really kind and warm in their approach. I had worked with two other agencies locally who I felt put a lot more pressure on. However, I did not feel this at all working with proctors. They were very patient as it took a long time to complete with various obstacles in the way. Jason always went above and beyond to try and make the experience as stress free as possible. I already have recommended proctors to people I know and certainly would recommend to anyone. Even when Jason wasn’t working the rest of the team were super helpful too. We got there in the end and it’s all thanks to Petts Wood proctors!

I recently completed on the purchase of a flat in Shirley. It took almost 14 months from the offer being accepted until completion and I must stress that Proctors were in no way responsible for this. My contact was with Sue and Roy and I always enjoyed calling in at the branch office. Roy was very knowledgeable on the property and gave the viewing before offer, and some time later at my request spent some time on a visit to explain various systems aroung the flat and other aspects of daily life at the block, which was very helpful. Sue was the anchor person on this transaction and was always very pleasant, straightforward and up to date with the state of things, very often chasing up information from other professionals. Sue also had good liaison with my solicitors. I don't think they could have done any more than they did to get the transaction across the line. In summary I would say that if you are buying a property tnhrough Proctors you are in very good hands.

This is the second time we have used Proctors Shirley to sell our Property. Sue & Roy have been excellent and very professional. They were supportive, understanding and efficient. We would definitely recommend them.
