We chose Proctors as it was a local firm. We were very impressed by the speed in which the details were prepared by Ian Davy and the speed it was marketed. The 2nd person to view put in an offer. Sadly, it was an extremely prolonged sale which was extremely stressful. Ian kept us informed at all times and negotiated with solicitors on both sides. Without this ‘constant’ , the whole process would have been far more stressful. A very professional company! Well done Ian!
