This summer Proctors Beckenham branch handled the sale of the home we grew up in. The service from the entire team was excellent from start to finish. Chris was both professional and sensitive in his approach, giving the right advice on valuation and marketing. This was reflected in second viewings and offers being made within a week and a sale being achieved above asking price. Chris and his team were there at every step of the way to guide us, advise and keep us informed at every stage. We are very grateful to Chris, Ian, Cheryl and Jane for everything they did to secure the sale and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I sold my aunts house in Petts Wood recenty and the proctors branch in Petts wood managed the sale. I live outside the UK and Proctors made the whole process run very smoothly. I was dealing with Carl Smith and Trevor Rose and they were always happy to facilitate any requests by potential buyers - including once going to the property and physically moving an unwanted dishwasher for me - this was so helpful as I phtysically could not do this as I reside outside the UK.
