Charles Proctor and his team are polished, professional and efficient. From valuation through to completion, the engagement and interaction is second to none. I recently sold my house in Shortlands/Bromley via the West Wickham/Hayes branch of Proctors. From my initial meeting with Charles, I felt confident to market the property with him. He justified his valuation with other properties in the area and i was really pleased with the agreed price and the commission/contract terms. During the negotiations with the Buyer, Charles and his team worked with me and the buyer to reach agreement that we were both happy with on a property that needed modernisation. Charles and his team were very proactive in keeping me up to date and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My solicitor commented on how professional my agent was.

We recently sold our mother's house and the Proctor's branch in West Wickham/Hayes/Bromley South handled the sale. They gave us a very realistic estimate on the value of the property and we felt that they really had our interests at heart, providing a very professional service. I have been an agent for over 25 years now so have dealt with hundreds of agents over the years. I was involved in a chain and had the pleasure working with Anthony at Proctors. Between us we managed to get a sale through that was at times on the brink of collapse due to the agents below not being completely honest about their clients position. The agents at the bottom were extremely hard to get hold of until towards the latter stages of the transaction but fortunately Anthony bypassed them and was in contact with the solicitors directly which helped massively. We have just completed on the sale and I want to say a huge thank you to Anthony from one professional to another.
