Buy-to-let deals

Representative example: A mortgage of £196,730 payable over 22 years, initially on a fixed rate until 31/03/19 at 2.54% and then on a variable rate of 3.74% for the remaining 20 years would require 26 payments of £972.71 and 238 payments of £1,082.28. The total amount payable would be £283,168 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£86,143) and fees (£295). The overall cost for comparison is 3.6% APRC representative.
