We have used Proctors for two purchases and two sales and have received amazing service throughout. All of the team have been fantastic but we have to give a special shout out to Emma who has supported us through every transaction. In particular, she helped to get our sale back on track after it fell through just before exchange, despite doing everything possible to keep the chain together. They keep on top of everything, doing everything they can to move things along as quickly as possible and keep you updated at every step of the way. Overall, we've had a fantastic experience with Proctors and they'll always be our first thought if we ever decide to move again.
