I apologise that this has taken so long to write and glad you are more efficient than I am! I just wanted to personally thank Ian and his team at Beckenham for selling our inherited family home for us at the end of last year, it was handled with great care and sensitivity at what was already a tough time for the family. I take my hat off to him, as when we were scratching our heads wondering where a buyer was coming from, in a difficult market, he was adamant that at some stage the right person would walk through the door and would want to buy it for the right money and he wasn't wrong !! He was always very calm and very balanced, offered great advise using his vast experience in the local market and was 100% spot on with how things would pan out.
