We recently asked Proctors West Wickham to help with the sale of my mother-in-laws home which she had lived in for over 50 years. As a family, we have used Proctors for many years and felt in very good hands once Charles had given an initial valuation and we agreed to proceed with the sale. Despite a number of difficult family circumstances and challenges, Charles initially and more latterly Emma dealt with everything with absolute professionalism, sensitivity, patience, discretion and empathy, particularly Emma going over an above to ensure my mother-in-law was kept regularly updated with face to face meetings in her care home.
