We first asked Proctors to act as agents for both a sale and a purchase over 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the chain broke at the 11th hour, after many months of negotiation. Despite all the hard work Richard had put in, he was extremely gracious (which not all agents are in my experience). So much so, that when we decided to have another go with different properties, Proctors were an automatic choice.
