I have been an agent for over 25 years now so have dealt with hundreds of agents over the years. I was involved in a chain and had the pleasure working with Anthony at Proctors. Between us we managed to get a sale through that was at times on the brink of collapse due to the agents below not being completely honest about their clients position. The agents at the bottom were extremely hard to get hold of until towards the latter stages of the transaction but fortunately Anthony bypassed them and was in contact with the solicitors directly which helped massively. We have just completed on the sale and I want to say a huge thank you to Anthony from one professional to another.
