Up to the time we've started dealing with Proctors, we did not see how important the role of an estate agent is. We were selling via another agency and Proctors were dealing with the house we wanted to buy. We could make the difference between the selling and buying agency. When ours was mostly silent and barely answered to our calls, Proctors has stepped into the "open fire". We were fortunate to meet Emma at this point. Without her we would still have been in the old house. The transaction would have never happened. Neither our agent, nor our solicitor had helped us as much as Emma helped. She kept us updated, mentioning what to expect and she always had a second solution in case things wouldn't have gone as expected. Her colleagues were always informed over the situation and able to help, in case Emma would have been on leave. We will be ever grateful to Proctors, and Emma in special, for their professionalism and understanding, ability to handle the unexpected and the great support offered throughout. A good agent will always make the difference, either if you are buying or selling. The tremendous stress during this period can be attenuated by knowledgeable agents and a slightly higher fee will save a lot of time and give you peace of mind. A great agency!
