Dear Trevor, Now that the sale is finalised I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your very professional and dedicated service to my wife and myself on reaching this sale. I know this was always a test of your patience and tact due to circumstances that kept being thrown up and obstacles that to me seemed unreasonable, but again your diplomacy came to the fore and got through it. Well done. But can I please make a mention to the tremendous job that Rob has done from the very first day to certainly the last 2 weeks where he really has been brilliant in guiding us through the very difficult and demanding requirements that kept being thrown our way. On more than one occasion I phoned him up saying. " that's it I've had enough I'm pulling out " but he calmed me down asked to hear the details and then expertly sorted them out. He went over and beyond his brief I know he calmed the waters and gently steering everyone into making the right decisions. Can you please place on record our sincere thanks to Rob for the expert way he has conducted the whole transaction and should I require an estate agent within the next 2 or 3 years ( which is what our plans are ) I wouldn't hesitate to use Proctors again and of course ask Rob to oversee our future property arrangements.
