Experienced Valuer/Negotiator &
Trainee Negotiator

Our Proctors West Wickham office is on the lookout for two new recruits to join its dynamic team. We are keen to hear from individuals who can handle the busy nature of our office and have a passion for property. If you already have experience as a Valuer/Negotiator or you want to start a career in estate agency then this opportunity could be for you.
The roles
We are looking for an Experienced Valuer/Negotiator and a Trainee Negotiator. Both roles are full-time, working five days a week (including Saturdays). You must be self-motivated, have excellent communication and organisation skills and be passionate about what you do. Local knowledge is desirable but not essential, and you should have a driving licence to apply.
Experienced Valuer/Negotiator
Key duties include:
· Market appraisals and property listings
· Booking and carrying out viewings
· Liaising with third parties, such as solicitors
· Dealing with offers and securing sales
· Sales progression – through to exchange of contract
· Obtaining and reporting viewing feedback
· Maintaining relationships with vendors/ buyers
Trainee Negotiator
Key duties include:
· Booking viewings
· Assisting with viewings
· Responding to email/telephone enquiries
· Ensuring administrative records are kept-up-to-date
· Obtaining and reporting viewing feedback
Although experience is preferred, we will equally consider someone without experience who is keen to start a career as an estate agent.
